We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Eden Hall Day Spa. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective fitness classes that cater to different fitness levels and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver group fitness classes that are fun, challenging, and safe for all participants.
- Manage groups of varying sizes and fitness levels, ensuring that all exercises are performed with proper form to prevent injuries.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to guests and members, helping them to achieve their fitness goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and incorporate new techniques into your classes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to gym policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Possess a Level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction.
- Proven track record of leading group fitness classes.
- Display enthusiasm and a positive attitude with members and guests.
- Provide outstanding service to all gym members and guests.
