About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our Bank team at Oulton Park care home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
