Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at Oulton Park care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting resident well-being and dignity
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
