Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Development Department as a Retail Development Advisor at Parfetts / Go Local.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our company growth strategy by developing and building strong commercial relationships with our existing estate of independent retail owners.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement mutually agreed joint business plans to help our retail partners thrive and prosper in the competitive convenience retail sector.
  2. Maintain and continuously improve all aspects of store standards.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve retailer loyalty and achieve agreed sales targets.
  4. Work with our trading team and key suppliers to implement promotional activity within your estate.
  5. Manage your time effectively and deliver projects to tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence.
