As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and building strong commercial relationships with our existing estate of independent retail owners, helping them to thrive and prosper in the competitive convenience retail sector.
You will work closely with our trading team and key suppliers to implement promotional activity within your estate and ensure all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved.
A key aspect of this role will be to identify opportunities to improve retailer loyalty and achieve agreed sales targets, as well as driving the overall growth of your defined areas via new business for our cash and carry hubs and our family of fascia brands.
This is a multi-faceted role that requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and project management skills.
As you will be spending a large proportion of your time in store with your retail partners, the ability to manage your time effectively and deliver projects to tight deadlines is essential.
This role requires a full UK driving licence and offers a competitive salary and performance-related bonus.
