Your Role within Our Organisation

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission by providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

  • Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care">
  • Support the clinical team in specific areas, including medication management and care reviews">

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. As a compassionate and warm-hearted professional, you will be committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents. You will also have opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training and development programmes.

Working Arrangements

This is a Bank position, which means you will work on an ad-hoc basis to provide cover for annual leave, sick leave, and other absences. The hours and days you work will vary, but you will have the opportunity to choose when you are available to work.
