Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care and support to patients and service users
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £10-£15 per hour, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and a HOOP Happiness wellbeing package.
We are looking for candidates with 6+ months of UK care experience, a DBS on Update Service (we can assist if needed), and registration with Social Care Wales. If you have flexible availability and transport access, we encourage you to apply.
