Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Training Specialist at Naomi House & Jacksplace, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing clinical training programs for care professionals within the Trust. This will involve supporting clinical theory and skills assessments, contributing to the development of a robust clinical competency framework, and assisting with the review of skill mix and care needs. You will also work directly within the clinical area, advising and supporting the development of competency and confidence.

About You:

We are seeking a qualified paediatric or dual registered nurse with proven experience in education or teaching. You must have up-to-date experience with a range of clinical skills, including invasive and non-invasive respiratory support, IV and central line management, and experience of nursing care at end of life. Excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills are essential.
