Clinical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our Practice Education Team at Naomi House & Jacksplace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing clinical training programmes for all care professionals in the Trust, in line with our agreed educational strategy.
You will work closely with our clinical teams to support clinical theory and skills assessments, continued development of a robust clinical competency framework, and assisting with the regular review of skill mix and care needs. Additionally, you will work directly within the clinical area, advising and supporting the development of competency and confidence.
To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent practitioner who is seen as a role model, with a proven track record in education or teaching. You must have up-to-date experience with a range of clinical skills, including invasive and non-invasive respiratory support, IV and central line management, and experience of nursing care at end of life.
We offer a comprehensive induction and training programme, 28 days holiday, pension, free parking, and a modern and pleasant work environment. Salary - £36,748 - £47,247 plus unsociable hours payments, and a retention package worth £5,000 over 3 years. (Pro-rata for part-time employees).
