Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to provide specialist care to children and young adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized care that enhances the lives of our patients and supports their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist care to children and young adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients
  • Support patients and their families through difficult times, providing emotional support and guidance
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge
