We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Naomi House & Jacksplace, a leading hospice providing care to life-limited and life-threatened children, young adults, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to children and young adults with life-limiting conditions
- Work collaboratively with the medical and care teams to develop and implement care plans
- Support families to make the most of their precious time with their children
- 28 days' holiday, bank holidays, and pension scheme
- Free parking and access to training
- Salary - £29,165 - £39,081 plus unsociable hours payments
