Job Description:

This national position reports directly to the Product Marketing organization and serves as the primary clinical marketing/study and sales support resource for our Endosurgical portfolio. As a Surgical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of sales for our entire Fujifilm Endosurgical portfolio, with a focus on being a subject matter expert for the Endoscopy division as it relates to Eluxeo Vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in driving sales revenue at a regional and national level;
  2. Working closely with sales leadership to prioritize engagement and demo activities for the entire Endosurgery portfolio with a focus on Eluxeo Vision;
  3. Leading the pre-demonstration process, including ordering demo equipment, installation/in-service, and communicating case schedules and trials for our Endosurgical portfolios with a focus on Eluxeo Vision;
  4. Supporting clinical studies for our Endosurgical portfolios with a focus on Eluxeo Vision;
  5. Providing case summaries and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner;
  6. Acting as the primary driver for the demonstration and sharing of clinical and product knowledge of our Endosurgical and Eluxeo Vision product lines at a national level;
  7. Providing technical and clinical-knowledge assistance for all Endosurgery-related products to in-house personnel, customers, and company representatives and support personnel;
  8. Supporting the proliferation of information and education for our entire Fujifilm Endosurgical portfolio, including Eluxeo Vision;
  9. Being a primary resource for training customers on the proper use and clinical utility of equipment in the clinical setting;
  10. Being a primary resource for educational materials in the field;
  11. Working with the Product & Marketing Team to develop required educational resources for customers, sales teams, Field Service Teams, and internal support personnel for all Endosurgical technologies but with a focus on Eluxeo Vision;
  12. Supporting the training of new field sales and support personnel when requested;
  13. Performing as the field-based expert on proper reprocessing techniques for use by our customers;
  14. Providing weekly and/or monthly reports to management as directed;
  15. Providing and maintaining customer data for integration into CRM;
  16. Attending local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
