We are seeking a qualified physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary Specialist Palliative Care team at HOSPICE UK.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist, you will provide evidence-based, compassionate, person-centred care to patients living with a life-limiting condition. You will focus on patients' goals using empowerment, enablement, and self-management to maximise their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with a life-limiting condition
  • Provide information and advice to patients' families and/or carers
  • Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Plan and manage your own workload to ensure the completion of comprehensive clinical records
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience as a physiotherapist
  • Good communication skills and ability to deal with sensitive situations
  • Well-organised and thorough in planning and managing workload
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
