Strategic Partnership Manager

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Handshake, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our strategic partnerships with universities. Your goal will be to ensure that our partners are healthy, happy, successful, and retained.
Key Areas of Focus
- Relationship Management: You will own the core and executive relationships for our key strategic partners, taking a proactive approach to meet with partners regularly to understand their current state and help them achieve their goals through Handshake.
- Renewals and Expansions: You will build trust and advocacy with partners, driving retention and growth through the development of internal and external plans of action.
- Customer Journey: You will be the main point of contact for your partners, accountable for the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to adoption and optimization.
- Internal Collaboration: You will communicate key updates to the wider team, secure opportunities for success stories, and collaborate with sales and product teams for effective partnership differentiation and enhancement.
- Product Knowledge: You will demonstrate a deep understanding of the Handshake product, consulting with partners using best practices and learnings from managing university partners.
