**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Support Assistant to join our team in St Neots and surrounding areas.

**About the Role:** As a Personal Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing non-medical care and companionship services to older adults in their own homes. This may include assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.

**Key Responsibilities:** * Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes * Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided * Work independently to deliver high-quality care that meets client needs and preferences

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to have a full UK driving license and access to your own transport.

**Estimated Salary:** &163;32,000 - &163;45,000 per annum.
