**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Project/Programme Administrator to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our programme managers and teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings, track attendance, and take actions to ensure efficient programme delivery.
- Monitor central mailboxes, schedule central meetings, and de-conflict team diaries to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Chase completion of actions and provide updates to programme teams to ensure timely progress.
- Support the collation of programme materials, including PowerPoint packs, meeting notes, and other relevant documents.
- Update governance artefacts and tools, such as Quality Contracts, CARDI, and Planview, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Owning key organisational assets, including distribution lists and holiday trackers, to maintain a high level of organisation.
- Support programme managers in finance processes, including journals, accruals, and extracting data from Qlik and updating Planview.
- Deal with questions from stakeholders in the programme and transformation to provide timely and accurate information.
Requirements:
- You will be highly organised and able to work with minimal guidance.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, with the ability to produce high-quality packs for committees and forums.
- Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Confident and independent, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in or with projects would be beneficial.
