Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Office (PMO) in ensuring the smooth running and scheduling of our projects operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in collaboration with the project manager to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
