Dynamic Educator Opportunity in Swindon

Are you a dedicated and passionate educator looking for a flexible teaching role that fits your schedule? Our esteemed education recruitment agency, Protocol Education, is seeking dynamic Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team and make a positive impact in classrooms across the region.
This role is open to both qualified and unqualified staff, offering a unique opportunity to work in a variety of schools and classrooms, fostering positive learning environments while delivering engaging lessons. Your adaptability and enthusiasm will be key as you cover classes across different subjects and year groups.
The role can be tailored to your availability and needs, providing flexibility to pick up daily or ad hoc work or stability working in the same school for set days. If you are happy to work on a flexible schedule, then we offer control over when you do and do not work with your own diary.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively
- Maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment
- Building rapport with students and colleagues
- Adhering to school policies and procedures
We require individuals with:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to various teaching environments
- Passion for education and a commitment to student development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The salary for this role is £95-£150 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers and offer free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. All candidates must have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
