Key Responsibilities- Marketing Campaigns
- Liaise with the Director of Marketing and Communications to create and implement marketing campaigns for our productions.
- Oversee sales and ticketing initiatives, advertising opportunities, marketing activities, and promotions.
- Assist with marketing on West End transfers and other productions on tour and digital ventures.
- Relationship Building
- Develop relationships with like-minded venues and events to manage and implement reciprocal marketing initiatives.
- Attend and assist on all Press Nights and Development events.
- SOURCE and develop 3rd party relationships with external companies to support marketing activities.
- Marketing Materials
- Create engaging and unique season and production-specific marketing materials in conjunction with the Creative Content and Communications Officer.
- Be jointly responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications and maintain the theatre brand at all times.
- Press and PR
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Press and PR to manage/assist with press interviews, liaise with journalists, actors, and creative teams.
- Imagery and Editorial Content
- Liaise with Photographers and Videographers on the planning, execution, and subsequent distribution of photographic and video assets.
- Manage the delivery and sale of playtexts and report the financials.
- General Marketing Activity
- Work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure the marketing department is up to date with all external initiatives and requirements across GDPR and privacy.
- Support the marketing of the Participation and Inspire programmes.
- In conjunction with the Box Office, Development, and Press teams, ensure accurate and timely setup for priority and public booking periods.
- Represent the Director of Marketing and Communications in their absence.
- Previous arts marketing experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident phone manner.
- Ability to work without supervision and take initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes and approaches.
- Ability to learn software systems such as CRM, digital marketing, and graphic design.
