PMR is seeking an experienced Concierge to join our team at a luxury development in Westminster.

The successful candidate will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7pm - 7am.

A full clean UK Driving Licence is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents.
  • Greet residents professionally and courteously.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of residents.
  • Aid and engage with guests/residents and colleagues within the development.
  • Act as an ambassador for PMR.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Maintain a secure and safe environment for residents.
  • Carry out regular building checks and report any maintenance required.
  • Adhere to health and safety, fire, and bomb threat procedures.
  • Report incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager.
  • Deal with guests/residents' concerns or complaints.
  • Complete operational reports and handover.
  • Assist with Move In's/Move Out's.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels.
  • Reliable and timekeeping.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in high-level customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and undergo full vetting checks.
