We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mail Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our delivery network, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across your designated area.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service to our customers. Your duties will include:
- Delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner;
- Checking post-boxes and collecting mail from customers;
- Visiting post offices and business customers at prearranged times;
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly, plus overtime at 1.25 times the normal rate. Other benefits include:
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata);
