Job Summary:

Horizon Parking Ltd, a leading car park management company, is seeking a highly skilled Groundworks Supervisor to join our team. As a Groundworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of groundworks projects across the UK, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to company and client health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise groundworks teams on site, ensuring all processes are followed correctly and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage general construction work, including paving, kerbing, installing bollards and equipment, foundation work, drainage, finishing works, surfacing, and concreting.
  • Ensure full compliance with company and on-site client health and safety policies and requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets company and client expectations.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
  • Complete completion reports after completion of works using our online admin system.
  • Sign permits to work on site.
  • Manage health and safety on site to protect team members and the public.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a grounds maintenance supervisory role.
  • Experience of using a range of power tools and equipment.
  • CSCS Card.
  • SSSTS.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Full driving license.
