GP Partnership Opportunity

This Salaried GP role offers a unique opportunity to work towards becoming a GP Partner in a dynamic and patient-centred practice. With a focus on reducing GP workload, this role is ideal for those looking to bed in with a practice before committing to Partnership.

Key Features:

  • Salary: c£11,000 per session (whilst Salaried)
  • Indemnity fees paid
  • 8 weeks annual leave
  • NHS pension

Your Role:

  • Salaried GP with a 6-12 month view to Partnership
  • 4 or more sessions – would consider full-time
  • Less than 30 patients per day
  • Flexibility around start and finish times – can complete admin from home
  • Half-day on-calls only, using Klinik to triage patients and assign to relevant clinician
  • Low visiting – practice does perhaps 1 a week
  • No late evenings

About the Practice:

  • GP Teaching Practice with 2nd and 4th year medical students
  • Young and dynamic Partnership
  • Geared towards reducing GP workload
  • Home-visiting Paramedics
  • Outstanding workflow team – GP Assistant handling virtually all documents including all routine pathology
  • Support from a Physio, Counsellor, Mental Health Youth Worker and Pharmacy Tech, leaving GPs to focus on GP-related work
  • Purpose-built, modern premises
