Job Title: Social Care Training Officer

About the Role:

Medsolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Training Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the training team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that employees receive high-quality training in line with up-to-date government bodies and legislation.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive training program for care teams.
* Provide insightful and bespoke training to both new and existing employees.
* Ensure training programs align with industry standards and regulations.
* Provide guidance and support to staff pursuing qualifications.
* Design and deliver training sessions in collaboration with internal line managers and HR teams.
* Conduct assessments to ensure staff competence and compliance.
* Plan and execute inductions, specialized training, and elective components.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
* Maintain accurate training records for staff and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
* Stay informed about industry changes and update training content accordingly.

Requirements:

* Comprehensive knowledge of the social care sector.
* Relevant qualifications in training or a role-related field, such as "Train the Trainer" or NVQ equivalency.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
* Organised with a keen attention to detail.
