Main responsibilities of the Training and Development Specialist include:

  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive training program for care teams.
  • Providing insightful and bespoke training to both new and existing employees.
  • Ensuring training programs align with industry standards and regulations.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff pursuing qualifications.
  • Designing and delivering training sessions in collaboration with internal line managers and HR teams.
  • Conducting assessments to ensure staff competence and compliance.
  • Planning and executing inductions, specialized training, and elective components.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.
