Residential Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Maintenance Engineer to join our team near Rugby. As an Electrical & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems on site, expert fault finding and providing advice and guidance to customers in relation to M&E equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining electrical systems on site
- Expert fault finding and providing advice and guidance to customers in relation to M&E equipment
- Understand all plumbing such as replacing taps, sinks, cistern filling / flush units and heating elements
- Understanding and knowledge of general building fabric repairs to maintain the standard of the building
Requirements:
- Must hold an electrical certification such as the 18th Edition
- Must have experience in facilities maintenance
- Skills in dock/doors, plumbing, air conditioning, air handling, gas appliances and lifts are preferred but not essential.
Salary: £43,876.82 per annum, plus an additional 8% site allowance (£3,506 per annum), a night shift allowance of up to £5,000 per annum pro rata and weekend supplement for Saturdays and Sundays (£50 per attendance for Saturdays and £100 for Sundays) totalling roughly £3,800 per annum.
