We are looking for an experienced Educational Guidance Professional to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As an Educational Guidance Professional, you will work with a small caseload of up to five students who have encountered obstacles in their educational journey.

Your responsibilities will include guiding these young learners within their communities, delivering both academic support and vital pastoral care. This will involve working at home, local centers, or nearby spaces to help students overcome barriers and set them up for a smooth transition back to formal education.

**Job Requirements:**

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience.
