Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand new children's home in Bristol/South Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Ensure the home environment is safe, secure, and motivating for young people and staff
  • Work closely with psychologists, OTs, and other clinical team members to ensure the best outcomes for young people
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision, training, and development
Requirements:
  • Experience of managing teams in a residential setting for at least two years
  • Hold or be willing to work towards L5 Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a therapeutic approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
