We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Registered Manager for a brand new children's home in the Bristol area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of experienced staff in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Work closely with our clinical team, including psychologists and occupational therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training
