Lead a New Residential Children's Home in Bristol/South Gloucester

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our new 3-bedded Children's Home in Bristol/South Gloucester. The home will provide a holistic and therapeutic environment for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the home environment to ensure a secure, safe, and motivating space for both staff and young people.
  • Lead a team of experienced staff in providing high-quality care and support to young people.
  • Work closely with psychologists, OTs, and other clinical team members to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
  • Develop and maintain exceptionally high standards for the management of the home.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a residential children's home setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or willingness to work towards.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid way and participate in the on-call rota.
