**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage queues efficiently, minimizing waiting times and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods.
