About the Role
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Work with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development
- Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agree actions, and proactively monitor progress
- Deal with succession planning for key roles and maintain a focus on colleague engagement
- Support with upskilling of managers and manage employee relations cases
Requirements
- Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
- Confidence working with data
- Previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
