Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and advising on a wide range of supplier and business partnership contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts for various areas of the business, including supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, ecommerce, franchising, and licensing.
• Offer pragmatic legal solutions for digital marketing, IP, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle commercial disputes and litigation.
• Assist on M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence investigations and post-completion support.
• Supervise junior team members.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' experience.
• Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Able to provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice.
• A collaborative approach.
