SEN Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join our team in a mainstream Primary school.
Key Details- Job Type: Full-time, Long-term
- Location: Dagenham
- Salary: £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced SEN Support Assistant to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a 3-form entry primary school. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team providing additional support to the SEN provision.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with ASD and possess strong communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a SEN setting, preferably with children with ASD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
