The Job

You will join DRS as a Legal Consultant - Financial Services.

This is a challenging role where you'll work closely with clients and their counterparties to draft, negotiate, amend, and execute commercial contracts.

You'll be responsible for managing negotiation databases and providing information and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.

Our team is committed to staying up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments in derivatives law and practice.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate, amend, and execute commercial contracts such as ISDA agreements, CSAs, GMSLAs, GMRAs, NDAs, and Terms of Business.
  • Manage and update negotiation databases.
  • Provide information and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments in derivatives law and practice through research, industry events, company briefings, and our learning management system.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in Law or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Law.
  • Fluent French language skills are essential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
