Internal Salesperson Job Description

Glennon Brothers, a leading timber processing company, is seeking an Internal Salesperson to join their team in Troon. As a key member of the sales team, you will contribute to the company's growth and investment in the UK and Irish markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities through phone sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Utilize an ERP system for order processing and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Coordinate sales requirements with the production department to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general office administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to different plants as required.
