About the Role

SRS Partnership Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Salesperson to join their sales team at their manufacturing facility in Troon. As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's continued growth and investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, identifying opportunities for repeat and new business sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are achieved and sales requirements are met.
  • Record all relevant market information into the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales requirements with the production department.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar internal sales role.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to upsell and business develop.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing is an advantage.
