Community Healthcare Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Lead Nurse to join our team and oversee the clinical and reputational success of our specialist healthcare service. This role involves working closely with senior management to deliver exceptional care in clients' homes across London.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Nurse Case Managers to ensure service delivery and growth
- Build relationships with health and social care commissioners
- Manage and support Nurse Case Managers and carers
- Ensure clients receive the best possible care
- Oversee complaints, incidents, and safeguarding
- Participate in a managers on-call rota
- Maintain clinical policies and procedures
- Annual salary of up to £55,000 DOE
- Company car pool

Requirements:- Registered General Nurse (NMC Registered Nurse)
- Up to date tracheostomy care and ventilator care experience
- Experience in clinical or nursing management at a senior level
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A patient-focused approach with excellent influencing skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
