**About the Role:**

The ideal candidate will have achieved Level 4 Financial Adviser Diploma and possess experience in advising and selling financial products. A CeMap or MAQ mortgage qualification and working knowledge of workplace pensions and Group Risk products would be highly desirable.

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored plans to achieve them. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from IFA sales to holding one-to-one meetings discussing employees' overall financial plans.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Amalgamate pensions and develop strategies for overall pension utilization.
  2. Target specific investments and optimize mortgage use.
  3. Identify suitable financial products, such as ISAs, protection policies, cash accounts, and NS & I.
  4. Determine Buy to Let and alternative investments suitability.
  5. Assist clients with significant AA 'tapering' by providing guidance on retirement savings.
  6. Prepare presentations for general financial planning guidance and announcing changes in workplace benefits.

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary range £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
  • Full-time permanent contract.
