Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Group Risk and Healthcare team at CV-Library, a leading Employee Benefits Consultancy.
- Conduct comprehensive market reviews for Group Risk and Healthcare policies to ensure optimal solutions for clients.
- Liaise with clients to gather information and request quotes from reputable providers, driving informed decision-making.
- Analyse market feedback and produce recommendations to enhance client outcomes.
- Manage scheme renewals and process annual accounts with precision and attention to detail.
- Respond to client queries, providing timely and effective support via various communication channels.
- Collaborate with providers, clients, and advisers to ensure seamless interactions and issue invoices for benefits as needed.
Requirements:
- GR1 (Group Risk qualification) or similar CII qualifications demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Strong experience with market reviews and producing reports for Group Risk and Healthcare products, showcasing analytical skills.
- Good understanding of scheme renewals and associated account processes, ensuring efficient management.
- Experience handling telephone queries from clients and providers, highlighting excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of other voluntary benefits (e.g., Dental, Health Assessments, EAP), expanding the scope of services offered.
