About the Role

Availability Window

Our Express Deputy Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. They will take ownership of store activities by running duty shifts, coordinating a team to deliver a clean and full store that exceeds customer expectations.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing all routines and ensuring the store is legally compliant
  • Delivering and sustaining store change activities, contributing to the wider business improvement plan
  • Producing schedules to ensure the store team is in the right place at the right time to serve our customers
  • Providing constructive feedback based on observations of interactions with customers, ensuring your team are inspired to deliver excellent service
  • Having a great knowledge of the store's performance and being able to identify and resolve the root cause of issues and deliver sustainable solutions
  • Providing training and coaching to ensure your team have the capability to deliver their roles

You Will Need
