About the Role
Availability Window
Our Express Deputy Manager will be working in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same.
They will take ownership of store activities by running duty shifts, coordinating a team to deliver a clean and full store that exceeds customer expectations.
As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, they will be constantly looking for ways to improve service in their store through on-the-job coaching and feedback.
They will have a great understanding of how their store is performing and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands-on approach.
You will be responsible for
- Managing all routines and ensuring the store is legally compliant
- Delivering and sustaining store change activities, contributing to the wider business improvement plan
- Producing schedules to ensure the store team is in the right place at the right time to serve our customers
- Providing constructive feedback based on observations of interactions with customers, ensuring the team is inspired to deliver excellent service
- Having a great knowledge of the store's performance and being able to identify and resolve the root cause of issues and deliver sustainable solutions
- Providing training and coaching to ensure the team has the capability to deliver their roles
