Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global health policy strategies to advance CSL Behring's interests and priorities
  • Represent CSL Behring at major global health forums and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global health policy initiatives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on global health policy issues to CSL Behring leadership and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest global health policy developments and trends, identifying opportunities and challenges for CSL Behring

Requirements

  • Master's degree in public health, science, global/public policy, international affairs/development
  • 15+ years of experience in public affairs, policy and advocacy, government affairs, communications and/or global across vaccines/biopharma, government, trade associations and NGO/MLOs
  • Strong understanding of international affairs and geopolitics, main global health issues, actors and processes, platforms, and how to navigate and use these to support positive outcomes
  • Experience influencing and shaping global health policies at the national, regional, and global levels, and maintaining partner networks and partnerships
  • Ability to understand scientific, clinical, and technical concepts and how they translate to strategic policy risks and opportunities
