Junior Procurement Professional

Vertical Advantage is a well-established manufacturer of personal and home care products. We are currently seeking a Junior Buyer to join our procurement team.
The role involves assisting the procurement manager in various tasks, including:
- Monitoring commodity prices and creating reports.
- Issuing RFQs for specific projects.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Handling packaging and raw material issues.
- Contributing to annual budget planning.
- Coordinating supplier reviews.
We require a motivated individual with some experience in procurement, preferably from an internship or graduate scheme. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £29,200 - £39,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
