We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, procurement, and contract negotiation for construction projects in Folkestone, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor and manage project cash flows and budgets.
