Building Estimating Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UK. The annual salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing detailed estimates, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and clients.
- Project Management:
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
