We are looking for a seasoned Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in the North of the UK, Scotland, and Ireland. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can drive revenue growth and margin expansion through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and initiatives to achieve agreed financial and sales objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally, adhering to established values and principles.
  • Manage existing key and standard account business, developing new product sales and initiatives, and developing new account sales.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service by creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients in the territory.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • The ability to create, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
What We Offer

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
