Tax Manager – Advisory

As a Tax Manager, you will work closely with our team to provide tax advice across various sectors and taxes. Our Tax Advisory Group offers a supportive environment for you to develop your tax knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities include liaising with HMRC, drafting reports, preparing calculations, and training junior staff members. You will also provide support to Directors and Partners in the Tax Advisory Group.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising on corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs, and staff incentive schemes
* Preparing research & development claims, VAT returns, and SDLT returns
* Reviewing corporate tax computations and returns
* Advising on IHT planning and CGT mitigation
Requirements include strong verbal and written communication skills, good IT skills, excellent teamwork and organisational skills, and a keen interest in learning and developing tax knowledge.
