About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at Beaverbrook. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the gardens and grounds are well-maintained and looking their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the gardens and grounds, including mowing, weeding, strimming, and hedge cutting.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high standards of gardening and grounds maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with colleagues and visitors.
- Assist with the development and implementation of gardening and grounds maintenance plans.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a private estate garden or holding a horticultural qualification (NVQ or similar).
- Good practical skills, hands-on approach, and reasonable plant knowledge.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends.
- Full driving license and own transport.
