Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from set-up to handover and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver project estimates and valuations
- Ensure team compliance with project specifications
- Track and report at weekly client update meetings
- Plan resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
- Liaise with Site Safety Officer to maintain standards
- Liaise with clients on KPI development and implementation
- Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
- Proven project and contract management experience in surfacing and highways/civils
- Willingness to travel to sites
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right-first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
- SMSTS and CSCS certifications
